  • 10 SHAFTS, 10-15 FT. DEEP, NUMBER OF TRENCHES ABOUT 100 FT. IN LENGTH, 2 FT. DEEP. 2 OF THE SHAFTS ARE 50 FT DEEP, ABOUT 600 FT. APART. TUNNEL DRIVEN SW 160 FT. IN MONZONITE TO PROSPECT VEINS IN IT. PORTAL WAS VERTICALLY BELOW EAST EDGE OF OVERLYING QUARTZITE BED. IN 1939, SHALLOW INCLINE SUNK ON INYO NO. 2 CLAIM AND STOPED A SMALL TONNAGE OF ORE.
