General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit HALE (1972, P. 150) IS REFERENCE. COPPER OCCURS ON THE GEORGE LEE RAMSEY PLACE, 6 MI S. OF PUTNAM. THIS WOULD BE IN THE SANTA ANNA BRANCH SHALE OF THE CISCO GROUP, ABOUT 1740-1800 FT IN ELEVATION, BELOW THE CRETACEOUS ANTLERS SANDSTONE. AN EXACT LOCATION WAS NOT GIVEN. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE RAMSEY PLACE IS LOCATED.
