  • ACTIVE 1917 AND 1942. WORK IN 1942 CONSISTED OF SCRAPING BY BULLDOZER TO DETERMINE EXTENT OF DEPOSIT; A FEW TONS OF ORE SHIPPED FOR TESTS IN 1942 PROVED TO BE TOO LOW GRADE TO WARRANT FURTHER MINING. ABOUT 30 TONS OF ORE ARE ON DUMP AND ESTIMATED RESERVES ARE ABOUT 200 TONS.
