  • OLSEN REPORTED THAT ABOUT 10 LONG TONS OF ORE HAD BEEN MINED BY HIM IN 1917; INSPECTION IN 1918 INDICATED THAT 10 TONS OF ORE CONTAINING ABOUT 40 PERCENT CR2O3 WAS STILL ON THE GROUND AFTER PROPERTY WAS ABANDONED IN SEPTEMBER, 1918. IT MAY BE THAT NO ORE WAS SHIPPED.
