  • TEST HOLES IN ALL PROMISING AREAS, IN 1940 3 HOLES IN SEC. 08, 09, 10, AND 16 OF T. 10 N, R. 12W WERE DRILLED. 60 FT IN SHALE BEDROCK, 2 25 FT HOLES INTO CLAY, ONLY TRACES OF AU FOUND.
