General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit COPPER IS DISSEMINATED AND IN FRACTURES IN SHEAR ZONE IN GRANITE. EXPECTED DEPOSIT TYPES IN THIS REGION ARE LOW-SULFIDE AU QUARTZ VEINS, OF WHICH THIS DEPOSIT MAY BE ONE, ALTHOUGH A GRANITIC HOST ROCK IS NOT TYPICAL. WHAT LITTLE DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE SUGGESTS A PORPHYRY COPPER DEPOSIT, BUT THEY ARE NOT PRESENT IN THIS ENVIRONMENT. IT MAY BE A POLYMETALLIC VEIN, BUT THE DEPOSIT TYPE IS REALLY UNKNOWN
