Comments on the geologic information

  • CALC-SILICATE VEINS CARRY COPPER AS MALACHITE, AZURITE AND CHALCOCITE, AND WERE THE TARGET OF A SHALLOW DRILLING PROJECT. TUNGSTEN OCCURS AS MOLYBDENITE IN QUARTZ VEINS IN LIMESTONE. TUNGSTEN IS FOUND NEAR THE SURFACE WHILE MOLYBDENUM WAS DEPOSITED DEEPER IN THE SYSTEM. THE CHALCOCITE WAS FOUND AS A BLANKET BELOW THE COPPER OXIDE ZONE. ; GEOL.DESC: COPPER-STAINED AND SILICIFIED ZONE 6 TO 10 FT. THICK
