  • DUMPS CONTAIN 10,000 T OF 1.5 KG/T ORE. GRADE WOULD BE IMPROVED BY SCREENING.

  • TUNNELS START ON EAST SIDE OF CREEKBED AND EXTEND DOWN INWARDS . EXISTING FURNACES PRODUCED 90% RECOVERY IN THE D RETORT AND 70% RECOVERY FROM THE PIPE RETORT. WORKINGS WERE OF REASONABLE SIZE.

  • ECON.COM: P.W. STONE REPORTED IN 1942 THAT HE DID NOT SEE POSSIBILITIES IN THE GUADALUPANA DUMP AND DID NOT FIND THE MINE ATTRACTIVE.

Deposit STORM WROTE THAT RECENT OUTPUT HAD BEEN POOR AND THE MINE MAY HAVE REACHED LEAN TIMES. THE NEWEST WORKINGS WERE UNDER WATER DURING HIS VISIT AND HIS ASSAYS OF AVAILABLE WORKINGS GAVE LOW GRADE. THE STRUCTURAL DEFORMATION EVIDENT HAD NOT BEEN ADEQUATELY STUDIED AND IT MIGHT BE THAT THE MOST PROMISING PLACES GAVE NOT BEEN DEVELOPED. ; INFO.SRC : 2 UNPUB REPT
