Deposit SILVER MINERALIZATION ASSOCIATED WITH VEINS AND SILICIFIED ZONES IN A VOLCANIC TUFF. GEOCHEM SAMPLING HAS REVEALED ANOMALOUS ARSENIC, MERCURY, MOLYBDENUM, ANTIMONY AND SPOTTY GOLD. BRECCIATION ASSOCIATED WITH FINE-GRAINED PYRITE IN A SILICIFIED MATRIX FROM A VEIN BEARING N 45 E, 50 NW IN WHAT WAS LATER DESCRIBED AS A HANGING WALL COMPLEX (SAMPLE 3178). SAMPLE 3187 WAS FROM A NARROW 6-12 INCH VEIN BEARING N 25 E, REPORTED TO HAVE BEEN PROSPECTED BY AN INDIAN. QUARTZ VEIN HAD VISIBLE RUBY SILVER AND OTHER SULFIDES ASSOCIATED WITH A SMALL ADIT IN THE HANGING WALL.
