OF THE VEIN IS A BELT, 100 FEET WIDE, OF SILICIOUS SLATE AND PORPHYRY, CARRYING TWO SEAMS OF QUARTZ, ON ONE OF WHICH POCKETS OF GOLD ARE ENCOUNTERED. |
