ORDER OF MINERAL DEPOSITION WAS POSTULATED AS FOLLOWS: PYRITE, QUARTZ, PYRRHOTITE, CHALCOPYRITE, MARCASITE AND SIDERITE OVERLAPPING WITH MARCASITE AND CHALCOPYRITE. DETAILED PETROGRAPHIC DESCRIPTIONS OF SULFIDES IN SAMPSON (1932).

Deposit SEVERAL VEINS, AVG. 2 FT. IN THICKNESS. HEAVILY MINERALIZED WITH MASSIVE SULFIDES AND SUBORDINATE COARSELY GRANULAR, GLASSY QUARTZ. PYRRHOTITE AND PYRITE IMPREGNATE WALL ROCK FOR SEVERAL INCHES FROM VEIN. MOST SULFIDES OCCUR OF SURFACE. APPARENTLY, SOME SILVER-BEARING VEINS OCCUR ON OR NEAR MAIN DEPOSIT.
