  • THE MICA IS LIGHT RUBY IN COLOR. SOME MICA DISPLAYS "A" STRUCTURE, BUT THE MAJORITY IS FLAT ALTHOUGH SOME IS BENT AND CRACKED THE MICA IS HARD, SPLITS WELL AND IS FREE OF SPOTS.

  • A SERIES OF PITS, SHAFTS AND OPEN CUTS WERE EXCAVATED FOR ABOUT 600 FT IN A N 25 E DIRECTION, BUT ALL OPENINGS ARE NOW BADLY CAVED. BULK OF PREVIOUS MINING AT THE DIKE'S SOUTHWEST END WHICH IS ADJACENT TO AND FLOODED BY LAKE SECESSION.
