  • ADIT GOES AT LEAST 50 FT (ACCESSIBLE) NW INTO CLIFF SLOPE ABOUT 20 FT ELEVATION ABOVE RAILROAD TRACKS. FURCRON (1935, P.92) SAYS THIS CROSS CUT WAS DRIVEN FOR 300 FT INTO THE BLUFF.

  • THIS CUT WAS MADE TO REACH ORE STRATA AT A LOW LEVEL AND BRING OUT ORE TO THE RECENTLY COMPLETED RAILROAD. MAY HAVE BEEN PRIMARELY EXPLORATION CROSSCUT.
