| Deposit | IN GENERAL, COMMERCIAL ORE WAS FOUND IN THE UPPER LEVELS IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PARTS OF THE QUINCY PROPERTY, WHEREAS TO THE NORTH, IN NO. 8 SHAFT, A LONG STRETCH OF LODE WAS PASSED THROUGH BEFORE COMMERCIAL ORE WAS ENCOUNTERED. IT APPEARS THAT THE CONDITIONS IN THE PEWABIC LODES WERE SIMILAR TO THOSE IN OTHER LODES IN THE DISTRICT. |
