Deposit DEPOSIT CONSISTS OF TWO MINERALIZED ZONES SEPARATED BY COLLUVIUM. THE SOUTHERN ZONE HAS 16 HECTARES OF EXPOSED ORE THAT HAS IRREGULAR CONTACTS WITH SURROUNDING METAMORPHIC ROCKS OF THE ACATLAN FM. THE SERPENTINITE OCCURS AS SEMIROUNDED BLOCKS OF VARYING SIZES. ALTERATION OF THE SOUTH ZONE LARGELY CONSISTS OF ARAGONITE VEINLETS AND DISSEMINATED MAGNETITE AND TALC. SERPENTINITE IN THE NORTH ZONE COVERS 12 HECTARES. METAGRANITE PARTIALLY INTRUDES THE SERPENTINITE HERE AND THE SERPENTINITE FORMS SEMIROUNDED FRAGMENTS OF VARIOUS SIZES. ALTERATION OF THE NORTH ZONE INCLUDES DISSEMINATED MAGNETITE AND PECTOLITE AND MAGNESITE VEINLETS.
