Deposit GOLD IN OLDER CONGLOMERATES IN HIGH TERRACES AND PALEOCHANNELS. CONGLOMERATE CONSISTS OF CLASTS OF GRANITE, SLATE AND QUARTZITE IN A FINE-GRAINED MATRIX WITH HEMATITE AND LIMONITE. LOWER GRADE CONCENTRATIONS OF GOLD FOUND IN MODERN STREAM SEDIMENTS DERIVED FROM EROSION OF OLD CONGLOMERATE.
