  • WORKINGS REPORTED IN 1934 CONSISTED OF 3 TUNNELS. THE UPPER TUNNEL WAS CAVED AND INACCESSIBLE, THE MIDDLE TUNNEL EXTENDED THROUGH THE MOUNTAIN A DISTANCE OF 3500 FT, AND THE LOWER TUNNEL WAS 2000 FT IN LENGTH. STOPING WAS EXTENSIVE.

Deposit VEIN CONSISTS OF A LONG CONTINUOUS ZONE OF FRACTURED ANDESITE RANGING FROM 2 FT TO 8 FT WIDE. HIGH GRADE ORE OCCURS AS SHOOTS AND POCKETS IN A SEAM OF MINERALIZED QUARTZ VARYING FROM ONE TO SEVERAL INCHES WIDE. MINOR SEAMS OF ORE ARE SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE VEIN. 7 PATENTED CLAIMS MINERAL SURVEY NO. 1851 COVERING 91.691 ACRES. 4 CLAIMS OF UNDETERMINED STATUS.
