Deposit THERE ARE OTHER VEINS ON PROPERTY AS WELL. THE MANGANIFEROUS ORE OCCURS IN POCKETS IN THE VEINS. VERY MINOR PYRITE WAS FOUND IN ONE TUNNEL. DEPOSIT IS SAID TO HAVE FORMED IN A HOT SPRING ENVIRONMENT DURING MIOCENE FAULTING AND VOLCANISM AND IS CHARACTERIZED BY QUARTZ-ADULARIA VEINS, SOTCKWORKS OF VEINS, AND BRECCIA ZONES CEMENTED BY SILICA
