Deposit SECOND LARGEST GOLD PRODUCER IN REID INLET CLAIM LAPSED; NO CURRENT OWNER. SURFICIAL MATERIAL WAS MINED. ASSAYS SHOWED UP TO 10.211 OZ. AU & 2.043 OZ. AG PER TON, ALSO IN PPM 1,500 AS, 500 PB & 2,000 ZN. SIX LODE CLAIMS WERE LOCATED IN 1936 BY IBACH AND NEWMONT MINING COMPANY. PROPERTY LEASED IN 1945 BY LEROY MINING COMPANY.
