  • EPIDOTE GNEISS IS CROSSCUT AND ALTERED BY APLITE AND GRANITE DIKES, MINERALIZED AREAS CONSIST OF 8 IN TO 3 FT THICK N-S TRENDING FAULTS CONTAINING IRREGULAR PODS OF CHALCOPYRITE AND MALACHITE AND 6 TO 15 FT WIDE SKARNS CONTAINING CHALCOPYRITE AND MALACHITE WITH MINOR AMOUNTS OF PYRITE AND ARSENOPYRITE NEXT TO STEEPLY DIPPING, NE TRENDING FAULTS FOUR CAVED ADITS AND NUMBEROUS SMALL PITS. 20 SAMPLES WERE TAKEN BY USBM.
