  • EXACT DEPOSIT DIMENSIONS ARE UNAVAILABLE. OVERBURDEN WAS REMOVED DURING PREVIOUS MINING. THE ORE BODY STRIKES EAST-NORTHEAST AND DIPS 9 DEGREES TO THE SOUTHEAST. THE STRATIGRAPHIC THICKNESS OF THE BIWABIK IRON FORMATION IS 135 METERS.
  • GREENALITE, MINNESOTAITE, AND STILPNOMELANE ARE ALSO PRESENT BUT ARE NOT ON THE MINERAL DATA SET.
