PLACERS IN THE LOWER NINE MILE VALLEY ARE LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF THE NINEMILE FAULT SCARP (SW OF THE BREAK IN SLOPE ON THE TOPOGRAPHIC MAP) AND NORTHEAST OF NINEMILE CREEK.
