Deposit AS OF 1981 PRODUCTION APPEARED TO BE FROM 5 CLAIMS IN THIS AREA.THE CLAIMS WERE UMSWESWE, BEE SOUTH4/18, MSILA 2/3/4, MAKIN2/4/6, AND TIKI6/7.THIS ANALYSIS TREATS A SINGLE SECTION OF THE GREAT DYKE-THE UMSWEWE/BEE SECTION-AS ONE MINING UNIT IN REALITY,MORE THAN ONE MINING COMPANY MAY OWN LEASES OVER THIS SECTION AND SIMULTANEOUS PRODUCTION IS POSSIBLE.TO ANALYZE AVAILABILITY OF CHROMITE FROM THE GREAT DYKE,IT WAS NECESSARY TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION IN A LOGICAL,COMPARTMENTALIZED FORMAT.HENCE,THE "UMSWESWE/BEE SECTION" REFERS TO A 24 KM LONG SECTION ON THE EAST LIMB OF THE GREAT DYKE STRUCTURE FROM THE NGEZI RIVER NORTHWARDS TO SOUTH LATITUDE 18 DEG.30MIN.
