Deposit RECORDS 800-818 OF 1976 ENTRY. REC 700 - GENERAL INFO FOR ALL RECORDS REC 702 ROCK AND DEPOSIT CHARACTERISTICS, COBALT INFO. REC 030 PROPERTY ALSO LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 SE 1/4, AND SW 1/4 SEC 30, T12S, R10E. REC 050 BU MINES EXAMINED THE PROPERTY IN 1949 RECORD 080 MN-CO ORE OCCURRS AS PELLETS AND WAD IN RESIDUAL THAT IS PRESENT OVER MOST OF THE LAND (102 ACRES, 39 HECTARES) AND IS UP TO 80 FEET THICK. PELLETS RANGE FROM SIZE TO 1/2 INCH IN DIAMETER AND, ACCORDING TO PIERCE, OCCUR THE SURFACE TO DEPTHS OF 2-4 FEET. WAD WAS OBSERVED IN SOFT BUNCHES AND SEAMS IN THE CLAY. COBALT IS BELIEVED TO HAVE B DEPOSITED BY GROUND WATER AND ADSORBED ON LITHIOPHORITE, HOL DEPOSIT IS TRACEABLE IN AN AREA 2 1/2 MILES NORTH ( 4023 M.) 1 MILE WIDE ( 1609 M.) HOWEVER THE EXTENT OF THE PROPERTY I ACRES. DEPOSIT IS ON THE EAST SIDE OF RIDGE THAT TRENDS NORTHEASTE PARTIAL ANALYSIS SHOWED 0.26 % CO, 7.41 % MN, 21.55 % FE. A SAMPLE RAN 0.23 % CO, 3.93 % MN, 19 % FE. (REC 702 )
