Deposit REFER TO 010: BERYLLIUM IS PRINCIPAL MINERAL FOUND IN LAKE G DISTRICT REFER TO 040: US HIGHWAY IS APPROX. 3 MILES SOUTH OF MINERAL AREA REFER TO 050: MINING DISTRICT FIRST DISCOVERED IN 1890 FOR I GRADE GOLD, SILVER AND LEAD. SCHEELITE, AND BERYL DISCOVER BOOMER PROSPECT IN 1955. MINE PRODUCED 3000 TONS BERYL OR 1955-65. GEOCHEMICAL PROSPECTING (SOIL, STREAM, AND BEDROC SURFACE MAPPING INDICATES BERYLLIUM, TUNGSTEN, AND TIN ANO THROUGHOUT DISTRICT. REFER TO 070: CASSITERITE FOUND IN FISSURE VEIN ALONG WITH B AND ARGENTIFEROUS GALENA. VEIN LESS THAN 1 FT WIDE. TIN FO ONLY AS MINOR OCCURRENCE.
