SEVENTY SAMPLES WERE TAKEN FROM 30 SITES AND GOLD VALUES RANGED FROM A TRACE TO 8.89 CENTS PER CUBIC MT. AND AVERAGED LESS THAN 0.9 CENTS PER CUBIC MT. BASED ON 1973 PRICES OF $1.54 PER GRAM. DOVEL PLACER COVERS APPROX. 0.8 HECTARES. |
