Comments on the geologic information

  • Commingling of base metal-rich chloride brines with sulfur-rich waters associated with the organic reef facies. The ore-precipitating solutions moved within the more permeable zones that were thin stratigraphic units, breccia zones, fracture trends, or combinations and intersections of each (Evans, 1977).
