Deposit THIS WAS THE SITE OF THE INITIAL GOLD DISCOVERY FOR MANHATTAN DISTRICT, IN 1905. THE SEYLER HUMPHRY GOLD MINING COMPANY LOCATED THE APRIL FOOL AND ADJACENT (EAST) TIP TOP CALIMS ON THIS SITE. THESE TWO CLAIMS ESSENTIALLY COVERED APRIL FOOL HILL.
