THE REST OF THE BANKS ARE NORTH OF THE G LOCATION, ALONG THE WEST FLANK OF SOUTH MOUNTAIN, WITHIN 5 M MONT ALTO, EXCEPT FOR A FEW BANKS WHICH ARE ABOUT .5 MILES W MONT ALTO. THESE MINES WERE SPORADICALLY ACTIVE IN THE MID TO LATE 1800 PRODUCING A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF ORE |
