RUN-OF-MINE ORE TO BE 37% FE). = Q1 OUM ARWAGEN OPEN PIT CONTAINS 101,000,000 MT OF EXPLOITABLE ORE --ASSUME SOMEWHAT SIMILAR STRIPPING RATIO AND CUT- OFF GRADE. = Q2 THERE ARE A NUMBER OF DEPOSITS WITHIN A 50 KM RADIUS OF ZOUERATE (WEST AND EAST). THE TOTAL RESERVE OF ALL THESE DEPOSITS HAS BEEN ESTIMATED AT 2,000,000,000 MT OF WHICH 500,000,000 IS IN THE EASTERN AREA OF WHICH EL RHEIN AND OUM ARWAGEN ARE PART OF.THE EASTERN DEPOSITS ARE PLANNED FOR DEVELOPMENT FIRST BECAUSE OF A COARSER-GRAINED PROD- UCT.
