Deposit SOME TIN HAS BEEN FOUND IN ONE OF THE MANY NARROW PEGMATITE IN CRENULATED PHYLLITE BUT THE MOST NOTABLE OCCURANCE IS IN OF FLOAT.SOME OF THE FLOAT CONTAINS EXCEPTIONAL AMTS. OF CAS E. BLOCKS 1 TO 2 FT. THICK ARE STREWN OVER AN AREA 200 FT LO 100 FT WIDE. THESE BLOCKS CONTAIN AS MUCH AS 2-3 PCT. CASSIT YS MADE BY BOWLES(1939) REVEAL AS MUCH AS 2.8 PCT. METALLIC THERE ARE NO TONNAGE ESTIMATES FOR DEPOSIT. REC/080 COLS 35-58 INFO NOT AVAILABLE. DATE OF COMMENTS 1975.
