Deposit MINE WAS A SMALL UNDERGROUND OPERATION THAT CLOSED IN 1942 WAS RE-OPENED AS AN OPEN PIT MINE IN 1987-1988. MINING COMPLETED IN 7-92. PRODUCTION THRU 93 FROM STOCKPILES.
Environmental Factors FIVE-STRAND BARBED WIRE FENCE AROUND THE TAILINGS POND. CHAIN LINK FENCE AROUND THE TWO SEEPAGE PONDS. WILDLIFE MORTALITIES HAVE NOT BEEN A PROBLEM TO DATE.
Environmental Factors TAILINGS HAVE < O.5 PPM TOTAL CN IN LIQUIDS AND SOLIDS.
