AGRICO CHEMICAL CO., A SUBSIDIARY OF FREEPORT-MCMORAN INC. (AS OF 3/1/87), PURCHASED THE PROPERTY IN SEPTEMBER 1985. THE DURRANCE PROPERTY IS NOW KNOWN AS THE IORI PROPERTY, ACCORDING TO AGRICO CHEMICAL CO. REPRESENTATIVES. THIS PROPERTY IS NOW BEEN CONSOLIDATED INTO THE FORT GREEN MINE PROPERTY (SEQ NO 0121050002). MINING IN THE FORT GREEN PROPERTY HAS PROGRESS FROM POLK COUNTY INTO NORTHERN HARDEE COUNTY. THIS TRACT IS NOW PART OF WHAT IS CONSIDERED THE SOUTH FORT GREEN TRACT.
