AGRICO SOLD THE BOYETTE TRACT (2,200 HA) TO HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION. WILLIAMS COMPANY SOLD THE FISHHAWKE TRACT (1,800 HA) TO A LOCAL DEVELOPER IN 1986.
