Comments on the geologic information

  • THE ORE BODIES LIE IN BRECCIA ZONES PARALLEL TO SUBPARALLEL TO THE BEDDING. BEDDING STRIKES NORTHWARD, AND DIPS BETWEEN N10E IN THE EAST TO N10 W IN THE WEST DUE TO THE BROAD ANTICLINE.
  • HYDROZINCITE IS AT LEAST AS ABUNDANT AS CALAMINE. DESCLOISITE (A VANADATE) OCCURS LOCALLY, AS DOES CINNABAR. THE LATTER FORMS THIN COATS ON GALENA IN PLACES.
