A TWO LANE, BLACK-TOPPED ROAD AND A RAIL SPUR OF SOUTHERN RAILROAD PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE SMELTER. ALCOA-OWNED HYDROELECTRIC PLANTS SUPPLY 50 PCT OF THE POWER WHEN THE SMELTER IS AT FULL CAPACITY.
