Comments on the production information

  • Guiteras (1940, p.43) cites a production of 10,000 tons of feldspar up to 1938, and at that time 20 tons of mica was stockpiled at the mine. Page and others (1959. p. 98) state that 615 pounds of sheet and 3,026 pounds of untrimmed punch mica was produced in 1943. About 600 pounds of beryl was produced along with the mica.
