Deposit THE CLAIMS OF CINOLA WERE INITIALLY OPTIONED BY KENNCO, LTD., WHO CONDUCTED EXPLORATION THROUGH 1971. COMINCO THEN TOOK AN OPTION ON THE PROPERTY IN 1972 AND CONDUCTED FURTHER EXPLORATION. THEN, UNTIL 1976, QUINTANA MINERALS CORP. OBTAINED OPTIONS AND CONDUCTED EXPLORATION. CONSOLIDATED CINOLA MINES THEN OPTIONED CINOLA IN 1977. IN 1978, AFTER FAVORABLE EXPLORATION, THEY PURCHASED 44 CLAIMS.
