Comments on the location information

  • Harris (RM97-01, explains that the correct location is "property--sec. 34-35 line; mine--center W2W2 Sec. 35, T29N, R103W. He notes that MINOBRAS mislocated this property 1 Township to the south. Based on this, A.B. Wilson corrected the township from T28N to T29N.
  • Location is given on a topo map in Appendix C of PGJ/F-050. "19 km west of Wyoming Hwy 28 along a wide dirt road that leads to the Big Sandy entrance to the Bridger Wilderness. The dirt road is .8 km south of the Sweetwater River Hwy crossing." Field checked in July, 1979 by Robert Gebhardt.

  • PGJ/F-050(82) says: 1954-1970 produced 437 tons of ore at 0.13% U3O8. Amount and grade of remaining reserves unknown.
