  • EXPLORATION WORK ON BOTH THE LAGARBAN AND KAKUL DEPOSITS WAS CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE OVERSEAS DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION OF THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT. DUE TO MINING CONSTRAINTS, THE KAKUL DEPOSIT WAS DEVELOPED FIRST. EXPLORATION WORK ON LAGARBAN IS CONTINUING.
  • DETAILED EXPLORATION BEGAN AT KAKUL IN 1972. THE LAGARBAN DEPOSIT WAS STUDIED INITIALLY IN 1975.
