General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit THE ORE BODY DIMENSIONS OF TOKADEH ARE LENGTH 1200 M, WIDTH 300 M AND DEPTH 50 M. THE DIMENSIONS FOR GANGRA AND YUELLITON OREBODIES ARE LENGTH 1000 M, WIDTH 250 M AND DEPTH 50 M. THE IRON FORMATIONS WERE INITIALLY DEPOSITED AS PRECAM- BRIAN SEDIMENTS. SUBSEQUENT UPLIFT, FOLDING AND META- MORPHISM TRANSFORMED THE SEDIMENTS TO IRON-BEARING QUART- ZITES AND SCHISTS, WHICH FORM MOST OF THE MOUNTAIN RANGES IN THE AREA. LOCALLY, LEACHING OF SILICA FROM THE ORE RESULTED IN HIGH GRADE DEPOSITS.
