KURUMAN MILL OF KURUMAN CAPE BLUE ASBESTOS IS LOCATED AT WHITEBANK.IT IS ASSUMED AT PRESENT THAT ORE FROM THE 7 KURUMAN MINES FEEDS THIS MILL.WHITEBANK MILL HAS AN OUT- PUT CAPACITY OF 12,000 MTPY FIBER. THE KLIPFONTEIN OPERATIONS (MINE & MILL) HAVE AN OUTPUT CAPACITY OF 18,000 MTPY FIBER,ARE LOCATED IN THE POSTMASBURG DIST. AND WERE "RECENTLY OPENED" AS OF JAN.1977.THE KLIPFONTEIN MINE IS UNDER TRIBUTE TO KURUMAN CAPE BLUE ASBESTOS FROM DANIELSKUIL CAPE BLUE ASBESTOS.
