DEPOSIT COMPOSED OF AU-BEARING FISSURE QTZ VEINS IN TRIASSIC IMPURE LIMESTONE & SCHISTOSE GREENSTONE. BEST AU VALUES IN LITERATURE: 1.28 OZ/TON (RACEY, 1938). RACEY (1938) RECOMMENDED FURTHER EXPLORATION. REASON FOR ABANDONING UNKNOWN. LONEY & OTHERS, 1975, PLATE 1 & 4 (P 792) GEOLOGIC MAP.
