Comments on the location information

  • LOCATED ABOUT 0.4 KILOMETERS NORTH OF THE NORTH END OF HIDDEN LAKE, WHERE THE TRAIL CROSSES THE CREEK. A STRONG VEIN IS JET BLACK AND APPEARS TO BE SOLID MANGANESE OXIDE. FRAGMENTS FROM THE VEIN SHOW THAT IT IS COMPOSED PRIMARILY OF ALTERED GRANITE. SAMPLE OF VEIN NEAR PROSPECT PIT CONTAINED TRACES OF SILVER AND LEAD, 975 PPM ZINC, TRACES OF TIN, 300 PP, BERYLLIUM, AND 18,000 PPM MANGANESE.
