Deposit PROPERTY REVIEWED BY RC SMITH, 3-87. AT THIS TIME, THE OPERATION IS STILL CONSIDERED TO BE PERMANENTLY SHUTDOWN THE PLANT WAS CLOSED ON JUNE 28, 1985. THE MILL WAS BEING DISMANTLED IN 1986.
