Subject category Comment text
Deposit BUREAU OF MINES PERSONNEL STUDIED THE MINES AND PROSPECTS OF WALKER LAKE RESERVATION DURING 1982-1984. WORKINGS CONSISTING OF A 20-FOOT ADIT AND A 50-FOOT ADIT WERE EXAMINED IN THE AREA IN WHICH THE BULLION MINE IS REPORTED IN PREVIOUS REPOSTS. HOWEVER, BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF A GOOD DESCRIPTION, IT IS NOT ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THAT THIS SITE IS THE BULLION MINE.
