| Deposit | INFORMATION FROM DMEA REPORT, DOCKET NO. 4355, DATED 1956. A TIME OF THE REPORT, THERE HAD BEEN NO URANIUM PRODUCTION FRO CLAIMS WHICH WERE THEN CONTROLLED BY E AND H EXPLORATION AND COMPANY, COLO. INCLUDED IN THE DMEA REPORT ARE LOCATION AND MAPS. MINE WORKINGS FROM EARLY SILVER PRODUCTION DAYS INCLUD ADITS, ONE 465 FT. LONG, BOTH IN POOR REPAIR. THERE WERE ORE SAMPLES TAKEN, BUT THESE REPRESENTED ONLY SMALL WIDTHS OF TH ERALIZED AREA. THE DMEA REPORT CONCLUDED ASSISTANCE FOR FURT EXPLORATION BE DENIED. |
