Deposit MINERAL RESERVES ARE TAKEN FROM WAR MINERALS REPORT DEC.1942 INFORMATION INDICATES ORE WAS HYDROTHERMALLY INTRODUCED
Environmental Factors TWO SMALL IMPOUNDMENTS WERE CONSTRUCTED BETWEEN THE UPPER MINE WORKINGS AND BOULDER CREEK. THE WASTE MATERIAL IN THESE IMPOUNDMENTS WERE EITHER MILL TAILINGS OR ERODED WASTE ROCK FROM THE WASTE ROCK DUMPS ABOVE. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A MILL STRUCTURE ON-SITE, AND NO HISTORICAL ACCOUNTS OF MILLING ON-SITE WERE FOUND. THERE WERE NO DISCHARGING ADITS OR SHAFTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SITE. BOULDER CREEK FLOWED ALONG THE BASE OF THE LOWER WORKINGS. OBSERVED RELEASES WERE DOCUMENTED FOR MERCURY AND LEAD. MAXIMUM CONTAMINANT LEVELS WERE NOT EXCEEDED IN THE SAMPLES COLLECTED. ENVIRONMENTAL COMMODIT: TABLE K - WASTE MATERIAL (EITHER MILL TAILINGS OR ERODED WASTE ROCK.
