  • THE FINAL PRODUCTS FROM SVAPPAVAARA ARE TRANSPORTED BY RAIL TO TWO DIFFERENT PORTS. EIGHTY FIVE PERCENT OF THE ORE PRODUCTS ARE RAILED TO NARVIK, 220 KM. THE REMAINING FIFTEEN PERCENT OF ORE PRODUCTS ARE RAILED TO THE PORT OF LULEA, 400 KM. IN ADDITION TO THE $3.63 MILLING COST, THERE IS A $10.37 SMELTING COST FOR PELLETIZATION OF PRODUCT C.
