  • RESERVE TONNAGES IN Q-MAT 1,COLS. 1&2 HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO MATCH THE TONNAGES TO BE MINED ACCORDING TO THE DEVEL- OPMENT SCHEDULE. THE ACTUAL FIGURES FOR CORIS AND PUMAGAY- OC ARE AS FOLLOWS(1978) ESTIMATES): 42,196,000 MT ORE (MINEABLE RESERVES) AT CORIS RIDGE AND 21,053,000 MT ORE AT PUMAGAYOC. ASSAY GRADES ARE, RESPECTIVELY, 1.925 % CU AND 1.60% CU, HOWEVER- EXPERIENCE SHOWS THAT A 25% REDUCTION IN GRADE CAN BE EXPECTED FROM ASSAY GRADES TO MILL FEED GRADES. Deposit MINING DISTRICT IS SAN PEDRO DE CORIS. THE ANDEAN TIMES SAYS MILL IS TO EXPAND IN 1974 TO 6500 TONS PER DAY AT A COST OF $46 MILLION.THIS DID NOT HAPPEN(1980). NATIVE BISMUTH AND BISMUTHINITE ARE PRESENT IN ORE BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION ON GRADE IN ORE OR RECOVERY IN CONCENTRATE BI IS RECOVERED AT LA OROYA SMELTER WHICH TAKES CORBIZA CONCENTRATES. THEREFORE IT HAS BEEN INCLUDED IN COMMODITY DATA SET AS RECOVERABLE. TOTAL COSTS INCLUDE- MINING ROYALTIES $20.22 ACTUAL PRODUCTION COST $0.55/LB. COPPER BYPRODUCT CREDIT $0.067/LB.
